Our Services

Payment must be considered early when arranging for home health care. Smart will help you find out which payment options would best for your needs.

Private Insurance

Many private insurance plans offer home care services as a basic benefit. Smart will maintain all required documentation and will bill directly to the insurance companies.

Managed Care Plans

A Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is a managed care organization that provides health care coverage for contracted in-network providers such as hospitals, doctors and home care providers. Smart is an in-network provider with several HMOs.

Long Term Care Insurance Plans

Long term care insurance covers care that is generally an added benefit to a person's standard health insurance benefit. Long term care generally covers home care, assisted living, adult day care, respite care, hospice care, nursing home and Alzheimer's facilities.

Private Pay

All services are available to patients who want to pay privately. Please contact our office and speak with an Intake Specialist who are always ready for your services.

Medicae and Medicaid 

Clients with Medicare or Medicaid Insurance coverage may be eligible for homecare services. Please contact our office and speeak with an Intake Specialist who can assist you with referrals with your needs
