Applicants for HHA or PCA positions may come in to one of our offices Monday through Friday from 10AM-4PM complete an application

Make sure to bring with you:

Your original HHA certificate
2 reference letters
New York State or Government Photo ID
Social Security Card
A recent physical exam report including the followings
A recent negative PPD/Mantoux results or a negative Chest X-ray
A recent drug screening
Rubella and Rubeola titres showing immunity
Work Permit or green card
